随着非公有制经济的快速健康发展,非公有制企业专业技术人才队伍不断壮大,如何支持非公有制企业发展,稳定专业技术人员队伍,调动他们干事创业的积极性,是一个值得认真研究的课题。按照市局的统一安排,我们深入到县(市、区)对非公有制企业中专业技术人员职称评定进行了调研,找出了存在的问题,并对南阳市非公有制专业技术人员职称评定工作提出了建设性的意见和建议,为进一步做好此项工作打下良好基础。
