随着教育改革的不断深入,高职院校的教学方式也有了一定的改进。以服装设计专业为例,传统的教学过程中存在着一些弊端,主要表现为教育方法单一、应用理念陈旧、实践操作性不强等等。针对以上情况,教师应该创新教学方法,建立综合性的人才培养模式,突出“校企合作”的重要性。因此,本文以校企合作在专业人才培养中的意义作为切入点,对主要措施进行研究。
With the continuous deepening of education reform, the teaching methods of higher vocational colleges have also been improved. Take fashion design specialty as an example. There are some shortcomings in the traditional teaching process, such as single education method, obsolete application concept, poor practicability and so on. In view of the above, teachers should innovate teaching methods, establish a comprehensive model of personnel training, highlighting the importance of “school-enterprise cooperation.” Therefore, this article takes the significance of the cooperation between school and enterprise in the cultivation of professionals as a starting point, and studies the main measures.
