在教育方面,国家和各大小院校都在重点提升学生们在学习中的地位,同时着重培养学生学习的自觉性和积极性。并通过重点引导和监督学生自主学习,使学生懂得如何自我调节学习的进程,达到对学生的自主能力锻炼和提高的目的。元认知,就是人对事物的认知和调控的一种能力,是一个人做事的内在动力。着力提高学生的元认知能力对学生的学习有着非常重要的作用。据调查,培养学生较高水平的元认知可以帮助学生提升自主学习,自我认知的能力。如在英语输入型课堂的环节中,教师就可以为学生们制定学习目标,让他们自觉地完成课时作业,教师还可对其进行实时监督和评估。从而增强学生们的元认知能力,让其更加高效的学习。

For example, in the process of input-based English classes, teachers can set learning goals for students so that they can finish their homework hours consciously and teachers can monitor and evaluate them in real time. Thereby enhancing students’ metacognitive ability to learn more efficiently.
