随着社会主义现代化事业的不断推进,我国农村、农业、农民正在发生亘古未有的深刻变化。农村产业已完成从计划单一型向市场多元型的转变,原有一元化结构已被打破,在体制结构上从单一的集体经济转向了多种经济形式并存。我们应该看到,作为最基层的战斗堡垒农村基层党组织建设还存在着一些问题,阻碍着农村事业的全面发展,要落实好建设社会主义新农村这项重大战略举措,确保现代化进程顺利进行,就要不断加强农村基层党组织的工作能力和战斗力,使农村党组织真正成为农村各种组织和各项工作的领导核心。
With the continuous promotion of the cause of socialist modernization, profound changes have taken place in our countryside, agriculture and peasants unprecedentedly. The rural industry has completed the transition from a planned single type to a multi-type market.
