On January 13, 2009, the 7th executive director (enlarged) meeting of the 5th China Translation Association was held in Beijing. The meeting was presided over by President Liu Xiuliang. Song Shusheng, consultant of China Association for Translators and Interpreters, Zhao Changqian, the first executive vice president, and Tang Wensheng, executive vice president, , Guo Xiaoyong, Cai Zuming, Vice President Zhu Yinghuang, Hattut Zhuoji attended the meeting.
