恶性胸水是晚期恶性肿瘤的常见并发症。由于恶性胸水生长迅速,直接影响患者心肺功能和生存期。笔者于1996年5月～1998年12月应用复方丹参注射液加DF方案治疗恶性胸水27例,疗效较好,并与用DF方案加地塞米松治疗的24例作对照观察,现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 两组51例
Malignant pleural effusion is a common complication of advanced malignant tumors. Due to the rapid growth of malignant pleural effusion, it directly affects the patient’s heart and lung function and survival. From May 1996 to December 1998, the authors applied compound Danshen injection plus DF regimen to treat 27 cases of malignant pleural effusion.
