校园危机事件的频发,给学校正常教学、生活秩序带来不利影响。随着高等职业教育事业的迅速发展,对高职辅导员也提出了更高的职业能力要求。高职辅导员对校园危机事件的管控,有利于促进校园的和谐稳定发展,为学生的健康成长构筑安全防线。对高职辅导员校园危机事件管控能力提升研究,具有鲜明的时代意义。
The frequent occurrence of the campus crisis has adversely affected the normal teaching and living order of the school. With the rapid development of higher vocational education, higher vocational counselors also put forward higher vocational ability requirements.
