50米快速跑是小学体育教材的教学内容之一,也是我县体育技能抽测衡量学生速度素质的基本考核内容,因而在体育教学实践中占有较大的比重。经过多年的理论研究与实践探索,我们逐渐认识到,50米的教学,既要注重一定的技术规范,更要符合小学生的身心特点和现有水平,据此安排教学方法和教学程序,才能有效地提高学生的成绩。一、对50米跑教材的理论认识50米跑是一个能体现快速跑能力和反应能力的体育项目。跑对小学生来说并不是一个陌生的运动
