原电力部《电力生产安全工作规定》第五章第二十四条规定:新入厂的生产人员(含非本企业的实习人员),必须经厂、车间和班组三级入厂安全教育,并经学习《电业安全工作规程》考试合格后方可进人生产现场。如何对新入厂人员进行入厂三级安全教育呢?笔者谈几点体会: 首先要向新入厂人员讲述为什么要进行三级安全教育,要用大量的事实说明新入厂人员三级安全教育的重要性;如全国电力系统1995～1997年3年中,年龄在35岁及以下职工人身伤亡占伤亡总数的66.4％,新职工由于缺乏必要的安全知识,造成的人身伤亡和设备事故也时有发生等等;从新职工进厂起就对他们(她们)敲起安全生产的警钟。 其次要向新职工讲解安全生产的基本规
