山西省吕梁市现有国有苗圃14个,市级1个,县级13个。按财政补贴大致可分为两大类:一类中市苗圃、岚县苗圃、石楼苗圃、兴县苗圃财政不予补贴;其余10个苗圃财政补贴不等。按经营状况,目前所有苗圃属于同一类型,经营状况都很差。主要表现在:苗木不对路,苗木积压,育苗成本高,苗圃无收入,致使工人发不了工资,有的苗圃连种子、管理费用都缺乏。
There are 14 state-owned nurseries in Luliang City, Shanxi Province, one at the municipal level and 13 at the county level. According to the financial subsidies can be broadly divided into two categories: a type of mid-market nursery, Lan County nursery, Shilou nursery, Xingxian nursery financial subsidies; the remaining 10 nursery financial subsidies range. According to the operating conditions, all the nurseries currently belong to the same type and the operating conditions are very poor. Mainly manifested in: seedlings wrong way, backlog of seedlings, nursery high cost, no income nursery, resulting in wages can not be made, and some even nursery seed, management fees are lacking.
