目的观察中西医结合在治疗小儿哮喘临床缓解期中的应用,评价其应用价值。方法选择笔者所在医院2016年1月—2017年6月收治的100例哮喘患儿为研究对象,依据建档顺序分为对照组与实验组各50例,对照组患儿行常规西药治疗,实验组则再其基础上加入中医治疗,比较两组患儿临床治疗效果。结果实验组治疗总有效率为96.0%(48/50),对照组为74.0%(37/50),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后实验组症状、体征积分变化明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合应用于小儿哮喘临床缓解期中疗效确切,有助于及时改善患儿临床症状,具有重要实用价值。
Objective To observe the application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of pediatric asthma clinical remission in the evaluation of its value. Methods One hundred children with asthma who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of filing. Each group received 50 cases of normal western medicine, Group is then based on the addition of Chinese medicine treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 96.0% (48/50) in the experimental group and 74.0% (37/50) in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the changes of symptoms and signs Obviously superior to the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of TCM and Western medicine in pediatric asthma clinical remission in the exact effect, help to improve the clinical symptoms in children, has important practical value.
