为了提高农田灌溉系统的自动化程度和资源的利用率,设计了一套以参数自整定模糊控制算法为技术基础的变频灌溉控制系统.由MATLAB/SIMULINK建模仿真得到的适合本系统的模糊控制算法与PLC、变频器、触摸屏和远传压力表等相结合实现变频灌溉.试验结果表明:相比于传统灌溉方式,采用模糊控制算法的变频灌溉控制系统运行安全稳定,能够快速稳定在设定压力值,且压力误差不超过2%.同时,系统节能效果显著,也节省了大量的劳动力,对于实际应用有一定的参考价值.
In order to improve the automation of farmland irrigation system and the utilization rate of resources, a set of frequency conversion irrigation control system based on parameter self-tuning fuzzy control technology is designed.
