本文报告14例房室传导功能正常者室房传导的电生理特征,探讨了由心室程序刺激所诱发的几种电生理现象。室房传导的研究有助于阐明折返机制和鉴别逆传途径。为避免起搏环行性心动过速,室房传导也是必要的检查内容。
This article reports the electrophysiological characteristics of ventricular conduction in 14 patients with normal ventricular conduction and discusses several electrophysiological phenomena induced by ventricular stimulation. Studies of the conduction of the atrioventricular help to elucidate the mechanism of reentry and identify the pathways of retrograde. To avoid pacing in the tachycardia, conduction of the room is also necessary to check the contents.
