一、概述本设计是石油部第二炼油设计研究院进行编制的。低温电站外热水管网及厂前区采暖由长岭炼油厂设计室设计。工程规模按催化裂化装置年处理量100万吨和焦化装置年处理量45万吨所供出的低温热量配套设计,但也考虑到催化裂化装置年处理量120万吨供出热量时的可能性。低温热源分别来自催化裂化装置和焦化装置(参见图1)。催化裂化装置具有可利用的低温热为3280.35万千卡/时,这次改造后能够利用
