女性胃癌发生卵巢或盆腹腔转移较多，但在胃癌症状未出现前，就已发生卵巢或盆腹腔转移，并以转移址为首发症状的报道少见。作者报告我院自1983年12月至1996年12月收治的以盆腹腔转移为首发症状的女性胃癌13例，并对有关临床特点等问题进行了分析。1资料年龄年龄在22岁～63岁，
Females have more ovary or pelvic peritoneal metastases, but ovaries or pelvic peritoneal metastases have occurred before symptoms of gastric cancer have not appeared. Reports of the initial symptoms of metastases have been rare.
