劳顾问:我单位有位劳动合同制工,五岁时不幸患小儿麻痹症并遗留一定后遗症。他1995年8月被招入我单位工作迄今,最近觉得后遗症加重,行走相当困难,医院建议其接受矫治手术治疗,他将此情况向我单位劳动人事部申请。我单位查阅了卫生部、财政部《关于小儿麻痹后遗症矫治手术费用公费医疗报销问题的通知》(卫计发[91]第104号),只规定此种矫治手术费可按公费医疗办法报销,但像这位职工享受劳保医疗的人能否报销则没有规定。请问:这种情况该怎样处理?望解答。天秀服装厂劳人部
