目的探讨哮喘患儿外周血白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、13的变化及其在哮喘发病机制中的作用。方法用ELISA双抗体夹心法测定20例哮喘患儿及18例正常儿童血浆IL-10、13的含量。结果哮喘组血浆IL-13水平明显高于正常对照组,IL-10水平明显低于正常对照组(p均<0.05)。结论IL-10、13等细胞因子参与儿童哮喘发病的病理生理过程,可为判断病情提供较好的实验室参数。
Objective To investigate the changes of peripheral blood interleukin-10 (IL-10), 13 in asthmatic children and its role in the pathogenesis of asthma. Methods The plasma levels of IL-10 and 13 in 20 asthmatic children and 18 normal children were determined by ELISA double antibody sandwich method. Results The level of plasma IL-13 in asthma group was significantly higher than that in normal control group, and the level of IL-10 in asthma group was significantly lower than that in normal control group (all p <0.05). Conclusions IL-10, 13 and other cytokines are involved in the pathophysiological process of asthma in children and may provide better laboratory parameters for judging the condition.
