Breast milk is the best food for babies. However, some babies continue to experience diarrhea, blood in the stool, vomiting, abdominal cramps (often crying endlessly), eczema and constipation, even with complete breast milk. It may even lead to poor infant growth, weight gain below normal levels. Although breast milk is a “made-to-order” product of the mother’s baby, it can also cause allergies, which are symptoms of breast milk allergy. In one experiment, 15 infants who had severe abdominal colic had a 60% to 70% reduction in infants’ crying time during the day by altering protein hydrolysates to avoid allergens. Although this
