随着人们生活质量的不断提高,人们对于教育的关注程度也在逐渐提高,而体育活动也越来越受到重视。体育教学的根本目标是强健学生的体魄,让学生得到全面发展。学生在学习体育时会出现不同的心理活动,这种心理活动既有利于体育教学的一面,也有不利的一面。面对学生不同的心理活动,教师也应以心理学方式解读学生的心理。文章通过阐述体育心理学在体育课程教学中的作用,并对体育心理学在体育教学中的应用进行分析。

Faced with different psychological activities of students, teachers should also psychologically interpret the students’ psychology. The article expounds the role of sports psychology in PE teaching and analyzes the application of sports psychology in PE teaching.
