目的通过检测早产儿视网膜病变(retinopathy of prematurity,ROP)患儿血中超氧化物歧化酶(super-oxide dismutase,SOD)活性及丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量,探讨氧自由基损伤在ROP发病中的作用。方法对41例ROP患儿及40例无ROP的早产儿分别检测血清SOD活性及血浆MDA含量。结果ROP组与无ROP组血清SOD活性分别为(62.89±11.23)KU/L和(79±10.29)KU/L(P<0.01),血浆MDA含量分别为(4.73±0.33)nmol/L和(3.47±0.42)nmol/L(P<0.01),二者差异均有显著性。结论氧自由基损伤与ROP的发生有关联,对其抗氧化治疗是必要的。
Objective To detect the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the blood of infants with retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) and to investigate the effect of oxygen free radical injury on the pathogenesis of ROP In the role. Methods Serum SOD activity and plasma MDA levels were measured in 41 children with ROP and 40 children without ROP. Results The serum SOD activity of ROP group and no ROP group were (62.89 ± 11.23) KU / L and (79 ± 10.29) KU / L respectively (P <0.01) and the levels of plasma MDA were (4.73 ± 0.33) nmol / L and 3.47 ± 0.42) nmol / L (P <0.01), the difference was significant. Conclusion Oxygen free radical injury is associated with the occurrence of ROP and is necessary for anti-oxidative therapy.
