目的:探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液联合长春西汀注射液治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法:将我院收治的206例脑梗死患者随机分为观察组(n=103)和对照组(n=103),对照组口服阿司匹林肠溶片并静滴长春西汀注射液,观察组在此基础上静滴丹参川芎嗪注射液。测定治疗前后两组患者丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)活性;记录治疗前及治疗后第1、5、9、14天两组患者脑电图(EEG)波幅、局部脑血流量(r CBF)变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者病情均得到好转,且观察组总有效率为88.3%,显著高于对照组的66.9%(P<0.05);两组患者MDA均较同组治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),NO、SOD及NOS均较同组治疗前明显升高(P<0.01),且观察组MDA下降程度及NO、SOD、NOS升高程度明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后5 d观察组EEG较对照组及同组治疗前恢复,14 d恢复至正常水平(P<0.05);观察组治疗后r CBF水平较同组治疗前及对照组治疗后均明显升高(P<0.05),且第5、9、14天时r CBF实测值显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:丹参川芎嗪联合长春西汀治疗脑梗死疗效确切,可有效改善患者脑梗死后血管内皮功能的作用,增加脑血流量和增强抗氧化活性。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of ligustrazine injection and vinpocetine injection on cerebral infarction. Conclusion: Ligustrazine tetramethylpyrazine combined with vinpocetine is effective in treating cerebral infarction. It can effectively improve the function of vascular endothelium in patients with cerebral infarction, increase cerebral blood flow and enhance anti-oxidative activity.
