教学过程中后进生的转化直接关系着他们的学习成绩和未来发展,因此初中化学教学中后进生的转化问题,必须给以高度重视。本文就初中化学教学中后进生产生的原因进行分析,提出初中化学教学中的后进生转化措施,以促进后进生综合素质能力全面开展。
The transformation of postgraduates in the teaching process is directly related to their academic achievements and future development. Therefore, the transformation of the backward students in chemistry teaching in junior high schools must be given high priority. This article analyzes the causes of junior students ’backward production in the chemistry teaching and puts forward the measures of junior students’ transformation into the backward students in order to promote the overall diathesis quality of the latter students.
