在当前,企业思想政治工作面临着许多新情况和新问题,诸如: ——市场竞争日趋激烈,不少企业陷入困境,影响职工对企业的信心,增加了思想政治工作的难度。从计划经济转入市场经济,经济体制转换了,但人们思想观念的转换相对滞后,竞争精神没有完全树立起来。有的人仍认为激烈的竞争是资本主义特色,总是希望政府保护、政策照顾,当照顾不到位时,便束手无策怨天怨地。特别是当企业经营困难时,职工对企业的信心便迅速下降,增加了思想政治工作的难度。
