This paper analyzes the role of file intellectual property of nonferrous metal processing enterprises in the market economy under the condition of market economy. It points out the countermeasures and suggestions that the effectiveness of intellectual property should take the lead in keeping with the market economy and the self-construction of file intellectual property protection in the technology market.
