2005年,公安部印发了《关于开展城市报警与监控技术系统建设的意见》,确定了22个试点城市,启动了旨在全国范围内全面推动城市报警与监控系统建设的“3111”试点工作。两年多来,在公安部科技局指导下,在各地党政部门的大力支持下,“3111”试点工作取得了一系列重要成果,在推动社会治安防控体系建设,配合公安机关打击和防控违法犯罪活动,以及促进安防行业发展、技术进步等方面都发挥出了重大的作用。目前,试点工作已经进入了检测、验收和全面总结阶段,业界十分关心“3111”试点工作的进展情况,取得的成果、经验,以及下一步将怎样开展推广等。带着大家关注的问题,本刊记者采访了公安部科技局谭晓准副局长。
