肝片形吸虫(Fasciola hepatica)或称肝蛭,多寄生于牛羊等食草动物体内。国内动物感染率甚高,人体感染则较少见。五十年代起见有报告二例寄生于人体小肠和胆管内,一例寄生在人体皮下。近年我院收治两例,报告如下: 例1 王×,女,5岁,广西陆川县人,父母务农。其母代诉:患儿上腹部疼痛四月余,食欲稍减,但精神尚好,未加注意。两个月前曾解溏稀大便数天,无脓血及里急后重。近十天来疼痛加剧,
