长期以来,我们的许多课堂教学比较沉闷,缺乏生气,难以唤起学生的学习热情和智慧活动的积极性,更不用说激发创意和不断探索的精神了。因此,实施民主教学显得尤为重要。课堂教学实施民主,有利于唤起学生的主体意识,发展学生的主动精神,使学生的独立人格得到真正的尊重。在平等和谐民主的教学环境下,学生求知欲旺盛,思想活跃,精神饱满,心情舒畅,敢想、敢说、敢问,乐于发表意见,勇于大胆创新。民主教学的课堂上,教学气氛活跃,师生双方都处于紧张而又轻松愉快的情境中,师生之间、生生之间畅所欲言,各抒己见,课堂呈现出一派生机勃勃、百家争鸣的繁荣局面。民主教学有足够的机会让学生充分披露天性,展现个性,激发创造性。我认为实施民主教学要做到以下几点:
