The method of measuring corn moisture by rapid weight loss method was studied. The limit loss temperature of corn was experimentally determined, and an example of measuring corn moisture by rapid weight loss method was introduced, which is a new method for rapid and automatic measurement of corn moisture with accuracy of ± 0.2% and measurement time of 14 min.
