一、《地方中、小水电供电区电气化规划导则》为了提高我国县级电气化规划的质量,促进地方中、小水电建设的规范化、正轨化进程,同时为全国第二批地方中、小水电供电区电气化县规划工作提供依据,水利部将颁发《地方中、小水电供电区电气化规划导则》供各地编制规划时执行。导则分正文和附件两部分,正文分九章,对编制规划的总则、规划大纲编制、资料收集,负荷与用电量预测、电源规划与电力电量平衡,电网规划,技术经济比较与经济分析评价等方面作了详细的规定。在附则中列出了资料收集提纲,负荷与用电量预测方法;电力电量平衡方法;
