目的 观察中西医结合治疗早、中期慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效.方法 2 1例早、中期慢性肾功能衰竭患者 ,服用自拟正肾汤方 ,每日 1剂 ;同时服至灵胶囊 4粒、巯甲丙脯酸 1 2 .5mg,每日 3次 ,并以川芎嗪注射液 1 50 mg、黄芪注射液 2 0 ml静脉点滴 ,每日 1次 ,每月连用 1 0日为 1疗程.结果 总有效率达到 90 .5%,血肌酐和尿素氮明显降低 ,肌酐清除率升高 ,治疗前后有显著性差异 ( P“,”Objective To observe the treatment outcome of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for treating chronic renal failure at the early and moderate stages. Methods Twenty one patients with chronic renal failure at the early and moderate stages, were treated with taking the self designing Zhengshen decoction a dosage per day ,Zhiling capsule 4 pills and captopril 12.5mg three times a day ,intravenous infusion of Chuanqiongqin Injection 150 ml and Huangshi Injection 20 ml once per day in more than 2 months.Results After the treatment, the blood urea nitrogen level ,serum creatinine and phosphorus concentrations decreased significantly (P<0.05 or 0.01),the creatinine clearance rate increased markedly (P<0.01) ,blood calcium level remained stable. The total effective rate was 90.5%.Conclusions The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptomes of the chronic renal failure at the early and moderate stages.
