MRSA在日本的医院中现已成为最突出的医院内感染致炎菌,有些医院已陷于“MRSA恐慌状态”。人们非常关心MRSA呼吸系统感染患者及呼吸系统MRSA带菌者的处理问题。金黄色葡萄球菌常存在于呼吸系统的上呼吸道中,对于慢性呼吸道感染患者,由于该菌病原性微弱,故在临床上人们对其致炎性有疑问。因此,本文主要在于探讨呼吸系统感染中金黄色葡萄球菌的致炎性,MRSA感染的实际情况及MRSA感染的治疗等,并对MRSA呼吸系统感染存在的问题进行讨论。
MRSA has become the most prominent nosocomial infection in hospitals in Japan, and some hospitals have become “MRSA panic-stricken.” People are very concerned about MRSA respiratory infections and respiratory MRSA carriers treatment problems. Staphylococcus aureus often exists in the upper respiratory tract respiratory tract, for patients with chronic respiratory tract infection, due to the pathogenic weakness of the bacteria, so people in the clinical inflammation of their questionable.
