目前所有敞开式TBM的换步过程是不掘进的,因此是间歇式循环作业机械。本文给出了敞开式TBM连续换步方案,通过对换步过程中TBM掘进的稳定性、破岩力的均匀性分析,给出了TBM连续掘进的可行方案。
All current open TBM step-by-step process is not heading, it is a batch-type cycle work machinery. In this paper, the open TBM continuous step-by-step scheme is given. The feasible scheme of TBM continuous boring is given through the analysis of the stability of TBM during the step-changing process and the uniformity analysis of the rock breaking force.
