采后用GA3 和 2 ,4-D处理可显著提高葡萄的保鲜效果。用 3 / GA3 和 5 0 / 的 2 ,4-D处理黑奥林葡萄 ,在 0 - 1℃条件下贮藏 3个月 ,果实耐压力分别提高 1 6 1g和 396g ;果梗耐拉力分别提高 1 1 9g和 1 4 7g ;鲜梗率分别提高 41和 39个百分点 ;好果率分别提高 1 1和 1 3个百分点 ;果糖总酸比值分别提高 1 2和 1 0。
Postharvest GA3 and 2, 4-D treatment can significantly improve the preservation effect of grapes. Black Aloe vera was treated with 3 / GA3 and 50/2, 4-D and stored at 0 - 1 ℃ for 3 months, respectively. The tolerance to stress increased by 161 g and 396 g, respectively. 1 9g and 1 4 7g respectively; the rate of fresh peduncle increased by 41 and 39% respectively; the good fruit rate increased by 11 and 13% respectively; the total acid ratio of fructose increased by 12 and 10 respectively.
