本刊自1995年第6期推出“现代企业教育制度”征文以来,得到了全国广大企业教育工作者的大力支持,全国各地广大作者给我们寄来了大量稿件,这些稿件从各个不同的角度对建立和完善现代企业教育制度提出了各自的看法,其中不乏真知灼见,限于篇幅我们只能从来稿中选取一部分予以刊登。建立和完善现代企业教育制度是一项长期的艰巨的任务,它需要我们广大企业教育工作者在实践中不断探索、不断总结、分步到位。但愿本次征文能对此项工作的开展起到一点推动作用。征文活动暂且告一段落,本期我们特邀请曾煜同志撰写《试论现代企业教育制度的若干问题》一文,作为本次征文活动的结束。在此我们对所有关心、支持本次征文活动的朋友们表示衷心的感谢,并希望大家对编辑部的工作继续给予支持。
Since its publication in June 6, 1995, the “Modern Enterprise Education System” has been strongly supported by a large number of enterprise educators nationwide. A large number of manuscripts have been sent to us by authors from all over the country. I hope this essay can play a little role in promoting this work. For the time being, the essay event comes to an end. In this issue, we specially invited Comrade Zeng Yu to write a paper entitled “Some Issues on the Modern Enterprise Education System” as the end of this essay activity. Hereby, I’d like to express my heart-felt gratitude to all the friends who care about and support this essay event, and I hope everyone will continue to support the work of the editorial department.
