本文讨论稻草板与水泥刨花板、带钢复合的截面形式和复合技术。试验证明,采用带钢以胶连接为主齿连接为辅增强加肋水泥刨花板、稻草板复合板是可行的。这种复合板受弯时有良好的塑性,并有足够的承载能力和刚度,可按组合梁原理计算。这种兼有承重和保温两种功能的复合屋面板还具有自重轻的优点。
This paper discusses the cross-section forms and composite technology of rice straw boards and cement particle board and strip composites. Tests have shown that it is feasible to use strip steel to connect the main teeth as the auxiliary reinforcing ribbed cement particleboard and rice straw board. This kind of composite board has good plasticity when bent, and has sufficient carrying capacity and rigidity. It can be calculated according to the principle of composite beam. This kind of composite roof panel with both load-bearing and thermal insulation features light weight.
