本文以PEG为乳剂,研制了一种基于聚乙二醇(PEG)凝聚的触珠蛋白液相压电免疫传感器。详细考察了PEG浓度、抗体稀释度、PEG分子量及反应温度等因素对压电石英晶体传感器频移的影响,测试了响应曲线,测得传感器对Hp响应的线性范围为0.65~6.46μgml~(-1)。用一简单的方法可使晶振再生,获得重现的结果。
In this paper, PEG as emulsion, developed based on polyethylene glycol (PEG) aggregation of haptoglobin liquid-phase piezoelectric immunosensor. The influence of PEG concentration, antibody dilution, PEG molecular weight and reaction temperature on the frequency shift of piezoelectric quartz crystal sensor was investigated in detail. The response curve was measured and the linear range of the sensor response to Hp was 0.65 ~ 6.46μgml ~ (- 1). The crystal oscillator can be regenerated in a simple way to obtain reproducible results.
