目的研究血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)并发急性脑梗死患者的临床意义。方法化学发光检测66例2型糖尿病并发急性脑梗死患者及58例不合并糖尿病的急性脑梗死患者的血浆Hcy水平和神经功能缺损(NDS)评分,并计算脑梗死体积(IV)。结果糖尿病组的血Hcy、IV、NDS评分显著高于非糖尿病组(P<0.05)。糖尿病组患者的NDS评分随着Hcy水平的升高也在升高;同时,Hcy≥30μmol/L组梗死体积大于Hcy<15μmol/L组(P<0.05)。结论检测2型糖尿病伴急性脑梗患者的血Hcy对于评估患者病情具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of plasma homocysteine (Hcy) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) complicated by acute cerebral infarction. Methods Chemiluminescence was used to detect plasma Hcy levels and neurological deficits (NDS) in 66 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with acute cerebral infarction and 58 patients without acute cerebral infarction. The infarct volume (IV) was also calculated. Results The blood levels of Hcy, IV, NDS in diabetic group were significantly higher than those in non-diabetic group (P <0.05). The NDS scores of diabetic patients were also increased with the increase of Hcy levels. Meanwhile, the infarct volume of Hcy≥30μmol / L group was greater than that of Hcy <15μmol / L group (P <0.05). Conclusion The detection of blood Hcy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and acute cerebral infarction is of great significance for evaluating the patient’s condition.
