针对当前柴油机缸套使用寿命短的问题 ,剖析了高频淬火工艺和早期的激光处理工艺存在的问题 ,并应用新的激光处理方法对缸套进行表面强化 ,使激光的扫描硬化轨迹在缸套内表面形成了网状的硬化带。利用输入功率为 12 0 0 W、光斑直径 3 mm、螺距 3 mm的规范对缸套进行加工 ,形成宽小于 2 .5 mm、深小于 0 .2 5 m m的网状硬化带 ,能使缸套的使用寿命提高 7倍 ,并有利于下一次的修理
