集成门极换流型晶闸管(integrated gate commutated thyri-stor,简称IGCT)是ABB公司在IGBT和GTO技术基础上专为高电压场合而设计的功率开关元件,由ABB公司瑞士子公司(Semiconductor AG)制造。 IGCT主要技术性能见表1。
The integrated gate commutated thyristor (IGCT) is ABB’s power switching element designed specifically for high-voltage applications based on IGBTs and GTO technology. It consists of ABB’s Swiss subsidiary (Semiconductor AG) manufacture. The main technical performance of IGCT is shown in Table 1.
