拜泉县图书馆现有职工18名,大部分来馆时间较短,没参加过业务培训,业务素质较低,适应不了图书馆事业发展的需要。从93年7月31日开始,这个馆准备利用半年时间举办《关于图书馆业务工作若干规定》岗位培训班.由业务馆长和业务骨干讲课,每讲完一课出复习题,学员按复习题做笔记,分阶段进行考试测验,成绩存入个人业务档案,并做为本馆年终“五项工作”考评学习项目的主要依据。
