1978年3月至1984年12月,我们用贴片法治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔86耳,效果满意,报告如下。一般资料本组86耳,穿孔小于3mm 者65耳,大于3mm 者21耳。因爆震引起鼓膜穿孔者42耳,手掌击耳致穿孔者19耳,潜水引起穿孔者11耳,挖耳致穿孔者9耳,虫咬致穿孔者5耳。治疗方法适应证:未超过7天的外伤性鼓膜穿孔;鼓膜残留边缘在3mm 以上;鼓室内未继发感染。制作贴片和操作方法:将大蒜外皮剪成
