目的:观察达芬霖喷剂在治疗鼻炎中消除或缓解鼻塞症状的效果,探讨治疗鼻炎的有效药物。方法:对慢性单纯性鼻炎、肥厚性鼻炎、常年性变应性鼻炎患者共105例,分别用达芬霖喷剂(达芬霖组)和麻黄素喷剂(麻黄素组)进行治疗和疗效对比。结果:达芬霖组的总有效率为90.9%;麻黄素组为69.3%。达芬霖起效时间72.2%在1min以内,维持时间70.4%的患者在5h以上;而麻黄素组起效时间68.7%为1～3min,维持时间71.8%在3h以内。在治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎、常年性变应性鼻炎1周后,达芬霖组所测鼻阻力值低于麻黄素组(P<0.05)。结论:达芬霖喷剂缓解鼻塞迅速,维持时间长,疗效显著,安全性好,明显优于麻黄素喷剂,是一种可供治疗鼻炎的有效药物
Objective: To observe the effect of dafeilin spray in the treatment of rhinitis to eliminate or alleviate the symptoms of nasal obstruction, to explore effective drugs for the treatment of rhinitis.
