三年来,塔里木油田分公司哈得作业区产量从82万吨增长到200万吨,其单位操作成本一直控制在塔里木油田的最低水平。塔里木油田分公司开发事业部哈得作业区位于新疆沙雅县境内,塔克拉玛干沙漠北缘,平均海拔950米,沙尘暴频繁, 降水量很小,最高气温41.5℃,最低气温- 23.4℃,昼夜温差大。哈得作业区成立于2002年3月,2004年生产原油156万吨, 2005年原油产量将增至200万吨,已成为中国最大的沙漠油田作业区。

Hade operation area was established in March 2002, producing 1.56 million tons of crude oil in 2004. The output of crude oil in 2005 will increase to 2 million tons and has become the largest desert oilfield operating area in China.
