1.在每學年開始之前,教師要作出對每一年級的全學年的或全學期的教學工作计划。在工作计劃中,不只是要根據時間來分配好教學材料,而且還要规定好組織教學的方式,工作的方法以及劍查學生成績的方法。在工作計劃中基本上必须包括:(1)把教學材料劃分成各課题,以及標明每一課题所需的時數、複習和考試所需的時數。(2)預定的實驗、參觀、放映教學映片以及學生在課堂上的報告。教師在製訂工作計劃時,是以該年級的教學大綱爲指導的。现代的大綱大大减輕了製訂工作計劃的工作,因爲在它上面已經爲明了工作計劃中所必须的主要因素。
1. Before the beginning of each school year, teachers should make teaching plans for the whole school year or the whole semester for each grade. In the work plan, not only the teaching materials should be distributed according to the time, but also the ways to organize the teaching, the working methods and the ways of checking the students’ achievements. Basically in the work plan must include: (1) the teaching material is divided into various topics, as well as indicate the number of hours required for each topic, review and examination required hours. (2) scheduled experiment, visit, show teaching video and students in class report. Teachers are guided by the syllabus for the preparation of a work plan. The modern outline greatly eased the work plan, as it has been a major factor in planning the work plan.
