随着国家对职业教育的重视,高职学生在大学生中所占的比例越来越高,2016年高等职业院校招生数和在校生数分别达338万人和1006万人,高等职业学校招生数已占高等教育总数的46.8%。教育部计划通过2015-2018年三年的发展,高等职业教育在校生达到1420万人,高职生的扩招,随之而来的是高职毕业生空前的就业压力,如何引导毕业生构建合理的职业价值观,从而顺利就业已成为一个重要的课题。
