目的:调查分析军队医院医务人员的营养知识-态度-行为现状。方法:采用分层随机整群抽样方法,对2所军队医院的医师、护士和医技人员进行营养知识、态度、行为问卷调查,回收有效问卷327份。结果:医务人员公共营养知识良好率为87%,临床营养知识良率为43%,医师多方面营养知识的知晓率显著高于护士和医技人员(P<0.05);北京地区医务人员临床营养知识知晓率显著高于山东地区(P<0.05)。92%的医务人员愿意多渠道获得和宣传营养知识,53%认为社会对营养的宣传不到位。医务人员一日三餐规律进食者占62%,不吃早餐者占31%。结论:军队医务人员公共营养知识水平较高,但部分临床营养知识欠缺,营养态度良好,营养行为存在不合理现象,需关注并加强营养健康教育和健康管理。
Objective: To investigate and analyze nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior status of medical staff in military hospitals. Methods: Stratified random cluster sampling method was used to investigate the nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior of physicians, nurses and medical technicians in 2 military hospitals, and 327 valid questionnaires were collected. Results: The rate of good public nutrition knowledge was 87% and that of clinical nutrition knowledge was 43%. The awareness rate of multidimensional nutritional knowledge among doctors was significantly higher than that of nurses and medical technicians (P <0.05). The clinical nutrition of medical staff in Beijing Knowledge awareness was significantly higher than in Shandong (P <0.05). 92% of medical staffs are willing to obtain and publicize nutrition knowledge through multiple channels, and 53% think that social nutrition promotion is not in place. Medical staff eat three meals a day law 62%, do not eat breakfast accounted for 31%. Conclusion: There is a high level of knowledge about public nutrition in military medical staff. However, some clinical nutrition knowledge is deficient, nutritional attitude is good, and nutritional behavior is irrational. Nutritional health education and health management should be paid attention to and strengthened.
