目的:探讨如何加强用药安全质量管理,减少不良事件的发生,提高护理安全质量。方法:对68起用药错误随机分为观察组和对照组各34名,对照组不进行干预,观察组用护理风险主动不良事件上报网络系统加强规范管理,情景演示剧提高安全认识。结果:观察组给药错误显著低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:不良事件上报网络系统和情景演示剧能提高安全认识减少给药错误的发生以及护士长弹性排班增加值班人员,使我科用药安全得到了持续的质量改进,有效地提高了病房用药安全。
Objective: To explore how to strengthen the safety and quality management of medication, reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the quality of nursing safety. Methods: Sixty-eight medication errors were randomly divided into observation group (34 cases) and control group (34 cases). The control group did not intervene. The observation group used the nursing risk active adverse event reporting network system to strengthen the standardization management and scenario presentation to enhance safety awareness. Results: The administration error in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (p <0.05). Conclusion: The network system and scenario presentation of adverse event reporting can improve safety awareness, reduce the occurrence of medication errors and increase the number of nurses on shift schedule, so that the quality of medication safety in our department can be continuously improved, which effectively improves the safety of ward medication .
