黄福是明初著名的官员,永乐至宣德年间,他在交趾布政使任上十八年,殚精竭虑,恪尽职守,将中国的优秀传统文化传播到安南(今越南北部),促进了中国内地与安南的经济文化交流,在极为艰难困苦的条件和特殊的环境中,为明代中国与安南人民之间的友谊做出了贡献。
Huang Fu was a well-known official in the early Ming Dynasty. From Yongle to Xuande years, he spent 18 years as administrator of Cochin and worked diligently to spread Chinese excellent traditional culture to Annan (now northern Vietnam) Annan’s economic and cultural exchanges have contributed to the friendship between the Chinese people of Ming Dynasty and the Annan people in extremely difficult and difficult conditions and special circumstances.
