由中国城市规划学会(以下简称学会)和金经昌城市规划教育基金(以下简称基金)联合主办的“2015年金经昌中国城市规划优秀论文奖”评选圆满落幕。本次评选活动由学会和基金联合邀请6家具有正式刊号并在国内城市规划研究领域内具有较强影响力和代表性的学术期刊共同参与,分别为《城市规划》、《城市规划学刊》、《国际城市规划》、《城市发展研究》、《现代城市研究》及《上海城市规划》。本次评选活动首先由以上期刊编辑部从该刊2014年度所有刊登的论文中推荐出共40篇候选论文;然后由学会和基金聘请的13位初评委员于2015年5月17日在同济大学召开初评会议,通过投票和打分相结合的方式从中推选出29篇获奖候选论文,其中20篇作为候选论文进入复评,另外9篇获提名奖;再由论文复评选委员会的82位评委对20篇获奖候选论文进行打分。最后根据58份有效选票的平均
The “2015 Jin Jingchang Urban Planning Outstanding Paper Award” co-sponsored by China Institute of Urban Planning (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) and Jin Jingchang Urban Planning Education Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) was successfully concluded. The contest was jointly invited by the Institute and the Foundation to have six academic journals with official titles and strong influence and representativeness in the field of domestic urban planning and research, namely, “Urban Planning”, "Journal of Urban Planning International Urban Planning, Urban Development Studies, Modern Urban Studies and Shanghai Urban Planning. This selection activity was first recommended by the above journal editorial department from all the papers published in the journal 2014 a total of 40 candidate papers; and then by the Institute and the Fund hired 13 preliminary members on May 17, 2015 in Tongji University At the first evaluation meeting, 29 winning candidate papers were selected by means of a combination of voting and scoring.
