1 前言我们西林钢铁公司第二炼钢厂现有公称容量10吨的电炉三座,公称容量20吨的电炉两座。95年6月又新建成、投产小方坯连铸。由于当时连铸在二炼钢厂属于新工艺,指挥和操作人员经验不足,加之小电炉配连铸,组织难度大;以致生产初期,原材料消耗相当大,未能充分发挥出连铸的优势。针对这种情况,我们采取了一系列措施,加大降耗管理力度。进入97年,各项技经指标均有大幅度好转。到97年6月份为止,连铸实际生产 17个月,累计生产铸坯 16.40万吨;连铸比由95年的29,04%提高到97年的89.47%;漏钢率由95年的3二1%下降到97年的1.35%;平均连烧炉数为4* 炉/次,最高连浇为12炉j次;并且在97年5月份的生产中,连铸机达产并超过设计产量12500吨,共生产连铸
1 Foreword The second steel mill of Xilin Iron and Steel Company has three existing electric furnaces with a nominal capacity of 10 tons and two electric furnaces with a nominal capacity of 20 tons.
